My passion for teaching is as strong as my passion for baking. I've taught over 200 workshops around the world and my mission is to teach students how to explore the depth of flavor and embrace creativity by working with freshly milled grains.
During each of my workshops, which are entirely hands-on, I lead discussions and demonstrations on ecology, agriculture, stone milling, and artisan baking informed by my sixteen years of experience and leadership in the industry. The result of each workshop--and my passion for teaching--helping you become a better baker.
