My passion for teaching is as strong as my passion for baking. All my workshops are hands-on and student led--I lead the group in exploring the depth of flavor and creative fulfillment while working with freshly stone milled flours. During each workshop, lead discussions on ecology, agriculture, stone milling, and artisan baking informed by my 15 years of experience and leadership in the industry.
