MY PURPOSE
I believe that food is karma: what goes in is what comes out. My passion is bread made with freshly stone milled flour. That’s because I believe flour is a living ingredient. My desire is to teach you how to tell a story through bread. And in the stories I tell, ingredients are the characters.
